Wanna hang out with some cool people, eat yummy food, play great games and just plain have fun?

Do you want to hang out with some cool people, eat yummy food and play great games? (And earn community service hours while you’re doing it?)

Then join the Teen Advisory Board and come to the Teen Advisory Board meeting on Thursday @ 6:30!

The Teen Advisory Board, or TAB, is a group of 6th-12th graders who help decide what kind of activities we do here at the Library, and what kinds of books, magazines, DVDs and CDs we order. We meet once a month to talk about upcoming activities and programs, but the meetings are anything but boring— we have food, play games, and just hang out! If you are looking to earn community service hours, the time you spend at the meetings and helping with the activities counts as volunteer hours! How cool is that?!?

We’ve got some awesome new activities coming up for the new school year, and we would really like to get as many people involved in TAB as we can so more people can have input on what we do here at the library! The more the merrier, right?!? So grab a friend and come on down!

If you have any questions, you can message me or give me a call here at the Library— 733-2964 ext. 110.

Hope to see you Thursday at 6:30!
